1. Operate the DCS panel to achieve optimum process performance.2. Change process operation to meet production plans and optimum products specifications.3. Complete checks and tests for start-up.4. Achieve normal operating conditions after start-up.5. Diagnose and correct problems affecting process conditions.6. Establish shut-down conditions in process systems and equipment as per company procedure and instructions.7. Communicate information on process conditions as required throughout shift and during handover.8. Maintain personal safety and the safety of others.9. Ensure compliance with company quality management policies.10. Maintain plant conditions within safe operating and environmental limits.

* Ensure timely & relevant reporting & follow up getting full customer satisfaction 
* Support all customer technical needs relevant to our principals scope 
* Reporting system & CRM for new leads 
* Review techno--commercial offers and make sure of its compliance with customer specification & prepare 
offers proposals if needed to fill in for Operations coordinator 
* Plan & conduct customer visits according to monthly visit plan 
* arrange with Sales coordinator for Biweekly follow up meeting 
* Follow up offers until an order is received or subject is closed

Responsible for technical support, test work, training, commissioning & start up of high-tech process solutions for the oil and gas sector, chemical industries as well as other fields.• Fully accountable to achieve project goals and objectives.• Review and revise contracts & change orders to achieve balance between Customers, and Company welfare.• Play a pivotal role in managing interfaces and conflicts during project execution to build productive work environment among.• Responsible for timely reporting schedule, and progress to TME and Customer Management.• Analyze project reports and action logs to investigate unforeseen problems and deviations from project plan; in order to take the necessary preventive and corrective actions to achieve project goals.• Responsible for product support of different range of products to the oil & gas ,chemicals and petrochemical industries.• Site surveys to understand customers’ needs to initiate leads.• Play a key role in project risk management process.
