Over last 15 years, Hesham Allam have a solid technical background as on an early stage between 2007 and 2014 he was occupied senior data centers systems engineer for WE the largest telecom operator in Egypt and North Africa, his role was to design, build and configure complex and high available infrastructure, monitoring and payment systems which will serve more than 10 million customers and billions of transactions on monthly basis. Since last 8 years between 2014 and 2022 Hesham start working for Vodafone international as technical leader so he played key role supporting its digitalization strategy in multiple markets, eurozone “ 8 markets” he was leading the technical team to digitalize payments and Transactions between local markets and banks that considering local currencies transfers to euro plus start using the IBAN for all transactions. Hesham also was leading the automation center of excellence team with objectives to minimize manual work and save time for FTE so team playing important role to automate more than 300K transactions on monthly basis across multiple data centers inside Europe. During the digital transformation journey with Vodafone Hesham was managing and leading the RPA COE technical team operating a farm of more than 500 robotic processes which developed and maintained to satisfy requirements from our customers, usually our customers have different business background so we have financial business currently counting on the robotic processes during daily, monthly and even huge cycle of financial year end closure, not only finance but also HR, supply chain management SCM, customer operations, network operations and many other business lines even it’s not in English language, all now enjoying business automation with accuracy up to 90% on average and achieving the efficiency targets.
