Current• IT Network and System Admin for 3 Factories and Head office (KENAN Holding, KWPOLYMER, BATEK, AFI)https://kenanholding.com/https://www.kwpolymer.com/http://www.batek.com.kw/https://afi-kw.com/• Developing IT Policies and Procedures• Managing & Maintaining all IT Systems and infrastructure (Servers & Clients - Attendance Systems – Data Base Systems)• Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including firewalls, servers, switches, IP telephony & Collaborations systems, and NAS Storage”• Managing the delivery and implementation of IT Solutions. • Strengthening the IT infrastructure through implementing new technologies.• Developing Backup Plans and procedures. • IT Disaster recovery planning.• Manage IP Telephony &Collaboration communication via 3CX• Management of Office 365 users, groups, and licenses• Activate Rights Management (RMS) in the Office 365 admin center• Troubleshooting Office 365 Connectivity Issues• Configure and Manage FORTINET FOR SITES • Configuration and maintenance of door access control systems• ensuring optimal performance and security, Maintaining and managing the CCTV Video Management Systems (VMS)
