• Responsible for the Country Raw Materials, Mining & Logistics Services procurement activities that take more than 50% of the company's spend reporting directly to the Country Procurement Director• Monitoring Plant Stock and working cross functionally with the production, quarry teams and regional sourcing team to ensure optimum stock levels with the best weighted average prices. • Identifying & reporting saving opportunities, initiating individual and team projects and initiatives at all operational levels and process improvements in country in line with regional and global strategies. • Managing +15 contracts covering Mining & Logistics services related activities.

• Managing the production services category on a Country Level for Lafarge ReadyMix; More than 26 operating batch plants. • Responsible for the Country Energy & Logistics procurement activities that take ~60% of the company's spend reporting directly to the Country Procurement Manager • Sourcing and procuring local Petcoke and Coal sources (600,000 T/Yr) and other AF sources. • Monitoring Petcoke/Coal pace and Baltic indices and working cross functionally with the local production team and regional sourcing team to ensure optimum stock levels with the best weighted average fuel prices. • Identifying & reporting saving opportunities, initiating individual and team projects and initiatives at all operational levels and process improvements in country in line with regional and global strategies. • Managing +15 contracts covering production & logistics services related activities.

Responsible for securing needed spare parts and consumables for the manufacturing plant and 18 after-sales service centers for passenger cars, through supplier relationship management with a list of 125 suppliers.Working on procuring foreign hand tools and consumables from international suppliers, ensuring timed delivery & funds exchange in collaboration with logistics and finance departments respectively.Develop cost effective win-win scenarios with awarded suppliers, maintaining savings above level of 20%.Working with legal department on establishing new and maintaining current blanket contracts.

- Manual assignment of deliveries to riders ( Monitoring the systems and interfering if needed)- Contact person for partners, riders and customer service- Proactive resolution of potential issues:* Strategical adjustments of delivery areas based on the incoming order volume* Coordination and adaption of rider schedules to deliver every order in time* Handling of extreme situations such as bad weather or storms

Service advisor, handling customers’ requests and maintenance inquiries at the after sales service center, with average 20-25 cases per day.Addressing the process of general repairs and maintenance of passenger cars after sales customer service, ensuring a service level of 85%.
