● Responsibilities➢ Recording All Transactions & Bank Reconciliation Using ZOHO ERP System➢ Purchases Invoices, Purchase orders & Quotations issuing Using ZOHO System.➢ Purchase voucher & Subcontractor voucher issuing.➢ Preparing payment order for suppliers and subcontractors & recording payment in System➢ Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting & Vendor and customer balance handling.➢ Review petty cash and recording Using ZOHO System for all projects.➢ Preparing and reviewing attendance sheet including all allowances, deduction, overtime & Preparingmanpower supply payroll.➢ Knowledge of VAT preparation in UAE.➢ Assist in preparation of any reporting needed by management.➢ Assist to drive the month-end and year-end closing processes for audits and periodic VAT Tax audits.

● Responsibilities:➢ Responsible for counted annual incentive edging charts to make company plans for refund➢ Handling company reports for calculated export incentive from our side➢ Follow-up and receiving Bills of Leading, Letter, Manifest & Freight invoices for all shipments with shipping lines➢ Follow-up and receiving customs certificates for all shipments with Customs authority➢ Preparing and arranging the required papers (Customs Certificate, Bills of Leading, Letter, Manifest & Freight Invoice, Bank details, ) to submit them to EDF➢ Joining in the initiatives related to the shipments we provided to calculate and the refund of incentive value from EDF side and submit to Finance➢ Register all documents and amounts we received from EDF on SAP system ➢ Examination the reports of the amounts received and compare it with our incentive expectation

● Responsibilities:➢ Prepare and writing customs certificate F13 with commercial invoice & packing list to submit it to Samsung Customs authority➢ Calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid and may be required to sign documents under a Power of Attorney.➢ Register all imported shipments temporary admission & Final on G-ERP (SAP).➢ Paying, or arrange for payment of taxes and duties.➢ Prepare accurate reports for top management➢ Reporting about the issues or disputes with customs to HQ for support➢ Management of HS-Code➢ Responding to auditing & customs.➢ Administrate all transaction with custom rules & regulation for sea & air shipments.➢ Create & prepare certificate of origin (COO/CO) for any agreement between the countries of the world
