As a person who realised from the moment I started my very first job as a young intern, being inducted into a very run of the mill corporate life, working with a multinational, sitting behind a sturdy desk with beautifully decorated partitions separating me from all my fellow colleagues, I realised something very important; my passion didn't lie there. Being blessed with the luxury of youth and now of a sense of purpose which I discovered many may only find later in life, I started exploring different fields of Human Resources where I could truly contribute towards the growth and Development of myself and others. I'm currently a training and development consultant conducting training in the areas of Communication Skills, Corporate Culture Alignment and Transformation, Team Building, Creativity and Innovation and in the midst of adding more to my portfolio. My passion and interest makes me constantly want to improve and fine tune my skills as a trainer and public speaker.Being able to reach out to others in a very personal way truly makes me feel contented. Be it when I see others succeed and flourish at the things that they do, or even something as simple as them going home smiling after a good session because I am confident that positivity will be spread to the people they come in contact with.
