Global responsible for development of Wabco's OptiFlow product portfolio, 13 september 2012 Ephicas was acquired by Wabco. The acquisition of Ephicas marks Wabco's entry into the field of aerodynamics for commercial vehicles. The introduction of the aerodynamic SideWing for trailers and Wabco's future development of a range of aerodynamic products under the name Optiflow will further underpin Wabco;s commitment to pioneer the development of leading technologies that further enchangen the on road efficiency and safety of commercial vehicles.

In 2008 participated in start-up Ephicas. Ephicas is a spinn off from the TU Delft focussing on aerodynamics of trailers to reduce the fuel consumption of trucks, reduce CO2 emissions and increase road safety. The first product of Ephicas is the SideWing. The SideWing saves 1,5 liter per 100 km at highway speeds (+/- 5%) and was launched in NL in 2011.

TyTecker was acquired by Poppers-Senco in June 2005.The revolutionary TyTecker is designed for high-volume, high-speed rebar tying of large horizontal reinforcement projects. Professional steelfixers and contractors will appreciate the convenience of the battery operated 14,4 Volt rebar-tying system, which increases productivity by eliminating the labour-intensive manual tying with pliers and wire.The TyTecker is loaded with patented cartridges of tying clips. In 2000 participated in TyTecker. TyTecker is a spinn-off of the TU Delft. TyTecker developed an automatic rebar tying machine for the building industry and hold a patent on the TyTecker clip. The tool was developed as well as production lines for the cartridges of Tytecker clips. TyTecker won several entrepreneur prices with the technology and business plan.
