Completed a 12-week RPA Developer course centered on automation of business processes using UiPath software and am currently working towards achieving RPA associate certification. The course covers all aspects of RPA development including the Business Analysis of client needs and process mapping, through to development and management of bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

- Management of primary database system for internal/external users.- Supporting projects from procurement stage through to service delivery.- Mobilisation & migration of data from collecting and collating, through to import and maintenance on the database system, processing change requests when required and ensuring data accuracy.- Analysis of data for performance and compliance, creation of dashboards and crystal reports and issuing written client reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Testing new/updates to business applications creating test scripts, gathering and analysis of user data and supporting ongoing development of systems.- Identifying system training needs and provision through written and visual materials as well as formal delivery of training.- Workload monitoring, co-ordinating and scheduling of ad-hoc and planned maintenance tasks.- Performing routine data cleansing and enrichment of CAFM system.- Appointed super user to assist with any hardware/software related issues, employing preventative and troubleshooting measures, escalating to group IT when necessary.- Auditing & reporting of processes and data administration to be fed back to appropriate teams.
