Qualified financial institutions who are buyers or sellers of loans can sign a single contract and then transact anonymously through MAX with all other buyers and sellers utilizing a single counterparty as well as standardized documents and delivery. MAXEX’s technology and unique program structure combine to address the issues that have stymied the modernization of this large market and enable buyers and sellers of residential mortgage loans to operate more efficiently, transact with more confidence, and scale like never before.
