In my case that means: being curious, being sensitive, and being enthusiastic, determined and driven in that what makes my heart beat faster. Something what has been there since I was a child: making the world a bit brighter.This idealism focused down during my studies. During my bachelor Psychology I soon became interested in the organisational psychology. How do people interact within organisations? How does one organise and what does that mean? I followed the course 'Organisational change' and the complexity of this topic interested me most! The many different interactions that play a role during changes; how can one experience changes as more pleasant? At my work for Galan NXT I am on my way to become an involved and experienced interloctur as advisor at topics in the social domain.When we can mean something for each other, I am more than willing to connect with you!
