Something what has been there since I was a child: making the world a bit brighter.This idealism focused down during my studies. During my bachelor Psychology I soon became interested in the organisational psychology. How do people interact within organisations? How does one organise and what does that mean? I followed the course 'Organisational change' and the complexity of this topic interested me most! The many different interactions that play a role during changes; how can one experience changes as more pleasant?
