A little about me...👉💃👉Way back in 2011 whilst due to graduate BTEC Hospitality Supervision at Bournemouth & Poole College, and unsure what my next steps might be, I cornered a GM working for Hall & Woodhouse, who'd come in to talk about the pub industry🍻One of the best impulse decisions of my life led to an incredible 10 year career with Hall & Woodhouse, during which time I ran pubs, flagship multi level sites & hotels all over the South West. I trained & inducted DGM's & GMs, developed staff from team member level up to DGM & made friends that would last a lifetime.Another top impulsive decision led me to the North East in 2021 where I joined Fresh Element in The Baltic Centre of Contemporary Art. During my time here I became head of the Terrace Café & Events, before being asked to take on the role of Restaurant Manager at SIX. In both of these venues I ran weddings, banquets, conferences, parties & most other events you can think of as well as the day to day operation of the businesses. I was then approached via Linkedin & made the jump from hospitality operations to recruitment with Adkins & Cheurfi. I am lucky enough to say that I loved every minute of this new challenge & was fortunate enough that it set me up to make the leap to Account Management with Delifresh.
