Systems Architect with an established record of best-practice-oriented solutions within enterprise healthcare, now with new and growing skills in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Ansible.Currently serving as the primary SME and architect of a Citrix SDX/VPX environment and as general solutions architect for various projects and platforms within the IT organization. Primary responsibilities include consulting on and designing new front-end services for applications, maintaining firmware and code for both physical and virtual instances, and documenting and automating services and processes within the Citrix ADC environment overall. I also mentor several other members of our core team on operations within Citrix ADC, so that they can better learn the product and assist with day-to-day operations. Other recent work centers upon better automating the Citrix ADC environment and other platforms within our environment using popular tools like Ansible (including Tower) and Terraform. Besides maintaining the Citrix ADC environment, I actively assist other groups and team members where needed on automating, documenting, and generally streamlining other services across the environment. More recent efforts involve learning Microsoft Azure, as well as how to leverage these new automation tools within Azure to build and manage resources for the organization.Current goals focus on improving my knowledge of DevOps generally, and to better my understanding of and capabilities within Azure, Terraform, and Ansible more specifically.
