I have worked closely with the wells team at Spirit Energy. I have gained an insight into this exciting industry and gained experience of what it would be like to work within a wells team.I was working with the asset, Chiswick , closely observing how the team communicates and leads the offshore team. This involved morning calls where the onshore team told the offshore workers what tasks are to be completed and raising awareness of any drilling/health and safety/operational issues that may have occurred. I have been involved in risk assessment process that the company takes in order to reduces the chances of risks occurring.

I have developed my knowledge of upstream operations from various aspects. I have spoken to highly experienced workers inside the business who have passed their knowledge on how EnQuest operates on/offshore with different assets(I focused on Magnus).
