• Ensure conformance to all external accreditations• Monitor standards change and forward plan for compliance requirements relating to ISO 9001: 2015, JIS, FSC, PEFC, AFS, EWPAA, AWPCS• Review and implement staff awareness and learning programs relating to site quality obligations• Maintain robust supplier evaluation and management processes• Use statistical analysis and trend monitoring to identify areas for enhancement.• Lead internal audits and support external audits, ensuring adherence to required standards. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.• Regular Quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with standards and regulations• Undertake root cause analysis and establish corrective actions to address quality issues and improve process performance.• Use RCA to identify and help implement practical engineering solutions to internal and external complaints.• Maintain and control all documents related to the Quality Systems.• Maintain Quality records including identifying, indexing, filing, storing and disposal.• Regularly attend and drive actions from Quality meetings• Collecting and retrieving quality records.• Ensuring all necessary inspections and tests are undertaken• Oversee day to day administration and supervision of QA testing laboratory and staff.• Ensuring the inspection and test status of all products is known.• Reviewing all nonconforming products and issuing actions to be taken in conjunction with the HSEQ Manager and Supervisors.• Assist with maintaining environmental compliance as directed.
