As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Scion, I oversee a dynamic team of 5 Recruiters responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent while ensuring adherence to performance standards. My role involves supervising daily workflow and driving strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness, measured through KPI analysis and reporting. I collaborate closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, develop robust talent pipelines, and maintain Scion's reputation as an employer of choice through innovative branding campaigns. Additionally, I lead the development and delivery of recruitment training programs, manage full-cycle HR recruitment, nurture external partnerships, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Through proactive leadership and strategic planning, I contribute to Scion's growth and success by attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
