I taught evening classes for Karen adults supporting students working toward their translator and interpreter certificate at Century College through a federal grant program

I taught sheltered content EL and co-teaching to students levels 2-5 and led professional development surrounding best practice strategies for ESL students. I also secured funding for and liaised with community members to develop a Karen language after school program.
