As a Recruitment Administrator at Compass Group, I support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, such as 360* Recruitment, AEWV visa and job checks, and candidate management. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my skills in administration, team management, and communication.I have a strong background in IT recruitment, having worked as a Technical Recruiter at Vertex Solutions International Ltd for 1.5 years. There, I helped IT Engineers find their dream jobs in Europe, by sourcing, screening, and matching them with suitable opportunities. I also have 2.5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, where I provided support for the automatic sterilization process. I am currently pursuing my Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology at AIS, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in the IT field.
