Relationship Manager - Trade Finance

• Budgeting, Variance analysis, tracking Actual Cost vs. Budget.• Consolidation of various MIS and analysis of Debtors Credit limits and exposures.• PAN India Agency Interface - Incentives and Schemes.• Analysing of Monthly Expenses Provision for Mumbai region.

• Fixed Assets Accounting and Monitoring.• Preparing PBT forecast for internal projection and tax planning.• Month close activities as per the accounting principles and applicable standards.• Reviewing of balance-sheet and ensure all key accounts are reconciled, validated and verified.• Working closely with reporting team in group reporting activities.• Managing Internal audit, Tax & statutory audit.Projects and achievements:-• Designing of Chart of Accounts/Validations and successful migration of balances in new ERP.• BP Reporting as per UK GAAP.• Process implementation of mapping of sub codes as per group legal entity configuration.• Standardize reporting tools across all A&P countries this has eliminated huge amount of manual effort and also brought the control over reporting.
