• Executing recruitment process including interviewing, evaluating and qualifying candidates Supporting internship recruitment process• Organising and conducting interviews with candidates and evaluating them against the required competencies• Sharing jobs via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Whatsapp)• Coordinating with the hiring managers, sharing the profiles of shortlisted candidates and scheduling interviews

• Handling Background Verification Cases of newly hired employees• Issuing Disciplinary actions and exit interviews to the employees• Handling events (Long Service Awards, NEST awards)• Preparing Weekly BHR report• Handling Grievance and Absence issues of the employees• Managing Attendance of employees of the organization• Interacting with teams/individuals as a part of formal/informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/improvements• Working closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement• Conducting one ‐ to one and skip level meetings with the employees• Partnering with the recruitment team to drive bulk hiring with quality people

• Acting as a first point of contact for any Employee Referral or HR issues• Handling end to end bulk hiring• Short‐ listing the candidates's in accordance to the requirements• Assisting in managing, phone interviews, online interviews and in person interviews • Supporting social recruitment activity ‐ LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram• Managing multiple candidates for multiple job requirements at one time• Carrying out preliminary discussions with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations based on work, position, salary and relocation etc.•Following up with the candidate as well as with the business till thecandidate joins the organization• Serving as a point of contact between various clients and candidates to match their mutual requirements• Negotiating rates & salaries and submitting profiles of the qualified candidates to stakeholders
