•Responsible for safe, smooth & economical Operation with Reliance set integrated management system directives ( health ,quality , environment ).•To prepare daily operation activity reports, and information to higher ups when process condition is near to design window limits.•Ensure all equipments are operated within their safe operating parameters ( Total 85 no’s of storage tanks like Floating roof , cone roof , Dome roof , IFR , Horton sphere , and 144 no’s of pumps and 35 no’s of custody transfer meters – CTM ).•Responsible to handle emergency and routine of streams,during start-up, shut-down of Refinery units.•Coordinate with maintenance department ( mechanical , electrical , instrument & civil ) for Planning and scheduling of maintenance jobs with E-Permit-to-work.•Responsible for receipt , storage and uninterrupted supply of Crude oil ( 650000 barrels per day ) feed to CDU units.•Monitoring of Petroleum products Blending Operations for Gasoline ( 26000 MT/day ), HSD ( 49000 MT/day ), PCN (5600 MT/day ) , LPG ( 4300 MT/day) ,their analysis and corrective actions as per requirements to meet product specifications.•Monitoring of Refinery Unit thru puts, with uninterrupted supply of Intermediates feed of Vacuum Residue , Sweet / Sour Vacuum Gas Oil , Sour Diesel to various processing units.•Monitor the routine of products like HSD , LPG , PCN , CBFS , Gasoline and blending component ( C5 , Hy.reformate , Lt.reformate , alkylate prod) from varies processing units.•Carry out product tank preparation , certification and timely despatch of products like HSD , LPG , PCN , CBFS , Gasoline , etc..•Monitoring of non routine operation through well define checklist and procedure.•Proper documentation of any deviation / problem with any system and quality related issues•Carry out safety management related activities (on job Safety training to sub-ordinates )•Participate in HAZOP and Risk Assessment studies pertaining to modifications
