In this role, I managed projects migrating about 4,000,000 small business subscribers to a new platform. This included driving quality of service projects that enhanced products to offer differentiating, revenue-generating service performance solutions. My projects had budgets ranging from $500K to $20M. It was critical that I facilitate consistent and transparent client communications throughout the SDLC process. Other key tasks and achievements were:▪ Led application teams comprised of Solution Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers, and others, tracking stakeholder contributions and issues to complete project milestones on time and within budget.▪ Mitigated risk management issues using negotiation and conflict management skills to resolve a wide range of issues, including funding gaps, application interdependencies, defect management, missed milestones, and production issues.▪ Established and monitored progress against the project scope, presenting status reports to stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with project scope.▪ Managed the product backlog, project velocity, and the work breakdown structure using Agile tools like Rally.▪ Defined complex project plans impacting 25+ delivery teams. using document management and financial analysis tools.

▪ Resolved vendor contract and SOW issues for projects $5M to $20M in size.▪ Defined the application front door for the wireless performance teams, turning around 20+ estimates weekly.▪ Collaborated with Contract Management to deliver vendors’ purchase orders, expediting as needed.▪ Monitored resource allocation against project needs to ensure resources met project requirements.

▪ Gathered requirements from cross-functional stakeholders for a testing application populating data to a Support Agent dashboard and to a Field Technicians’ troubleshooting tool.▪ Established requirement feasibility, collaborating with Design Architects and Developers.▪ Wrote and maintained interface documents and other documents and artifacts capturing system requirements.▪ Prioritized new system requirements, providing a rationalization to help clients define the acceptance criteria and evaluate the impact, tracking progress against project requirements.

▪ Trained offshore test teams to reduce annualized spend by $3.5M.▪ Coordinated with application teams to ensure the readiness of all testing environments and to negotiate data requests.▪ Collaborated with Developers to implement testing and improvement plans then executed test cases and created defects.
