The project involved implementing solutions to ensure secure fast, trustworthy transactions between clients that include Banks, Financial Gateways, Insurance Companies and Microfinance firms, with various federal agencies that mandate, monitor and sanction these services. It involved developing server level APIs through C# .NET development environment, as well as communicating the information to Database Systems and developing the front-end UI.

The internship was an analysis position at the Hawthorne Campus of Swinburne University, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The idea was to observe and understand the smart city initiatives undertaken by the Government of Victoria in order to meet with the rising needs to Melbourne as a city, analyse their impact and come up with associated solutions based in a developing context. Aside from the program, I received the opportunity to experience the culture of Melbourne, interact with the people there and grow as an individual.

The internship at ASAPP Info Global Services was an all-round experience for me to gain an insight into the functioning of the B2B Media Industry. I was involved especially in Marketing, with further assignments in Sales, Event Planning, Analysis, Database Management and Operations. It was an extremely fruitful experience that allowed me to make use of the complete spectrum of learning acquired in my extra-curricular life in college and helped me grow to by an exponential extent.

Single-handedly raised INR 15,65,000 for Quark - the International Technical Festival of BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus. The amount was a cumulative result of 7 corporate engagements. For each of the companies involved in these engagements; I proposed, formulated and executed comprehensive marketing campaigns to justify their investment with the event.

I was assigned to the Processes Department of the Jodhpur Unit of Birla White Cements. I had done a thorough analysis of the entire operation, after which I was assigned to an optimization project which we duly completed. The experience allowed me to grow significantly as a person. I learned how to work with structures of a scale way beyond my expectations. The internship at the Aditya Birla Group was my first brush with living in a corporate environment 24/7. The professionalism of the individuals at the plant and their commitment to something larger than themselves was an extremely humbling experience.
