Participate in the operational model design of China ETFs (creation, redemption, PCF generation, etc.), incorporating domestic and international practices to establish an operating model that meets both onshore and offshore requirements.;Responsible for domestic ETF project management, including risk analysis, cost management, workflows, system readiness evaluation;Handle operation queries on China ETF funds from both internal and external.Responsible for FA oversight and outsourced TAFA management. Monitor FA service accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for risk management and process automation. Provide audit support and VAT support;Organize discussions on operating models for new product type and formulate business workflows. Liaise with external experts and organize analyses of new policies and industry trends, as well as internal training;Regulatory reporting (CISP, PBOC,AMAC).

ETF funds administration, responsible for PCF generation and creation/redemption clearing and settlement management;Risk monitoring and BCP of ETF products;Mutual fund daily net-asset-value reconciliation with custodian (including ETFs, equity funds and fixed-income funds);Inter-bank transactions settlement;Operating model and workflow design for innovative products. Automation improvement of existing workflows. System function tests and ETE tests;Review fund contracts on fund administration chapters;Responsible for fund financial reports disclosure;ETF related research on operating model, investors interest and etc.

Design and update daily pipeline report and present in MS Excel. Using MySQL to extract data from database in SAGE and CRM;Forecast company level budget and income statement numbers. Report actual vs expected budget analysis to executive director;Design and update solar energy production report to find underproducing sites;Maintain database to keep information complete and accurate
