Some of my recent accomplishments include:• Single-handedly organised off-site overseas Planning and Strategy conference for 70 delegates, including C-Suite execs. Conference boosted team engagement and morale, and was a complete success. Organisation included planning, personnel, catering accommodation and travel.• Executed tender process for majority share sale of a company worth $1.5bn.• Assisted with acquisitions, including those of a well-know haircare brand and beauty brand; drafted contractual agreements and TSA.• Assisted with due dilligence review and post-completion matetrs for a £46m transaction for a department store and a major sports retailer.• Set up internal employee network and served as a committee member, increasing employee productivity by 50% by improving processes.Of course, it’s not always processing multi-million pound deals!
