My role was to understand the operations of a B2B orders conducting warehouse and to learn and apply concepts like Value Stream Map (VSM), Time Study, and Motion Study onto practical applications. My objective was to increase the productivity of the warehouse.

Was responsible for a variety of tasks, including keeping in touch with industry professionals, alumni engagement, arranging HR Conclave, an Alumni Meet, managing an alumni database, and more. Aside from that, I also worked as a coordinator for various firms that visited our campus for job interviews.
