Psychology Intern
I was an intern at Bhartiya arogyanidhi hospital in Mumbai. I was taught how to speak to patients, how to conduct objective and subjective tests, take MMSE’s and take case histories .I also observed ECT closely and was allowed to sit in personal and group therapies and observe the psychologist and psychiatrists closely as they taught us the do’s and don’t’s . Dr.Rashmin Cholera is a very insightful man who helps us understand our mistakes and taught us how to be smarter and efficient. Dr. Deepti and Dr. Prakash are the ones who taught us how to speak to patients and decode what they’re trying to convey . The whole team is very skilled and knowledgeable and working under them and getting to understand the working of a psych ward was an eye opening experience and opportunity
