Customer Service Team Manager
- Handle Day to Day creative requirements of clients as follow up
- Co-ordinate with clients and understading day-to-day requirements.
- Clients expectations are met through coordinating with team
- Coordinate with the design, content, social media management and Graphic Design Team, Should be able to research on clients products, services, plans.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
