Monthly food donation in the range of 250lbs.- Introduced reusable dishes and utensils in corporate cafes, reducing waste consumption.- Managed reopening of all campus cafes. Led program to reopen all cafes following pandemic. Included advising senior leadership and stakeholders on plan, hours, offering and subsidy model. - 2021 Annual Supplier Sustainability Assessment. Led assessment process for the company via TSP platform hosted by EUISSCA. Increased supplier participation by 10% over 2020. Achieved over 70% total participation. Received SDGE ‘Builder’s Award’ for program management and results.- Café Equipment refresh and upgrade project: Led project Equipment refresh and upgrade of CP6 Café equipment, identified opportunities to save cost, improve and modernise equipment and subsequent services. Partnered with Capital Projects team to deliver the refresh. Created savings and materially reduced annual equipment maintenance costs by over $30,000.

Expanded role in 2018 to lead all company sustainability initiatives for Dolby. Particular emphasis is the overall reduction of our carbon footprint as a global company. Initial projects centered on pilots for site waste reduction at global headquarters (reductions to date for initial pilot are more than 15%). Coordinate a cross-functional and globally distributed team to drive Dolby's first public Sustainability report.
