Responsible for full lifecycle management of the following components of McGrathNicol's ICT environment:-- Desktop (laptops, printers, mobile phones)- Systems Management (Microsoft SCCM 2007, SCOM 2007)Includes technical design, hardware and software selection, development, build, integration, deployment / migration of the component solution.Maintain key technical relationships with suppliers such as Microsoft and HP.

Responsible for full lifecycle product management of Orica’s IT SOE product components (client, server, management infrastructure, and printers) for Australia and New Zealand. The environment included over 5000 desktops and notebooks and over 150 servers spread throughout the region. Key member of the global IT team responsible for the architecture of Orica’s worldwide SOE environment which was largely based on the Australia / New Zealand SOE.

Lead Technical Consultant assisting Product Manager in provision of full IT SOE product management lifecycle by providing technical advice and also deputising for the Product Manager in various situations. Ensured that all technical designs were appropriate in terms of cost, standardisation and supportability.

Intially part of a team responsible for the technical design, test, and build of distributed systems IT infrastructure within the Orica Australia and New Zealand region. As a Senior Systems Engineer, had direct design responsibility for, and was the subject matter expert on Windows NT 4 Workstation and Server, Lotus Notes Server V3 and V4, and Compaq server hardware.
