I hold an up to date DBS and am fully insured.Counselling can be short or long term, I work creatively to adapt to your individual needs and goals you may have set yourself. Counselling can enable you to feel less alone with your thoughts and feelings. The overall aim is to empower you to understand yourself and gain the tools to live your life in a positive way. You are the expert on your life. I have experience of working with issues around anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual/physical abuse, family difficulties and low self esteem and others. I have over 900 counselling hours experience and have been volunteering at a sexual abuse crisis centre for 2 years.I offer telephone and face to face counselling at £35 per 50 minute session. The first Initial Consultation is FREE.
