During this stage, I have climbed the ranks by bringing as much value as possible. But I always felt that I am capable of more. That feeling ignited a spark, which turned into a blazing fire to learn everything possible about launching and scaling a business.After 6 years of working in the hospitality industry, I decided it was the right time to pull the trigger. I launched my first company.Lookover was a lead generation aggregator, providing a personalized experience while connecting customers and suppliers in a real-time bidding format. Despite having moderate success, I saw how sophisticated this industry is and how much there is to learn. I put my project on hold and joined AstroLabs, and without knowing that at the time, it was a huge stepping stone to excel in the startup industry.Within less than a year at AstroLabs, I have accomplished some significant achievements:- Handled 7 Incubator programs that resulted in remarkable outcomes;- Worked closely with 25+ startup companies to expand to the MENA region;- Guided numerous freshly starting individuals to build successful startups;- Organized 80+ network events in which over 180 startups participated;- Managed partnerships that provided our startup community with perks;- Organized and run 5 Demos days;- Guided multiple startups to establish their businesses with the DMCC.Working with over 300 tech startup founders firsthand, I had a perfect chance to test everything I have learned and double or triple down on what was working while growing and scaling those businesses.
