Welcome to Psalm's ARTS Studio. We are known for our mobile art studio providing painting parties anywhere in the Greater Houston area. Psalm’s ARTS Studio will travel to your location with all necessary supplies to host your next painting event. Clients love bringing our mobile studio to birthday parties, baby showers, girls’ nights, and team events. We can also create custom artwork for your party, or you can choose a painting from our gallery.We recently acquired our very own studio in River Oaks. Our studio offers public classes to those who just want to enjoy a night of fun alone making new friends or sharing the night with a handful of friends. Attend selection meetings with custom clients to assist Cason Graye Homes’ Designer document and facilitate the selection process. Coordinate finalization of selections with clients and assist the construction team with the implementation of those selections. Edit existing and design new documents (both internal and external), brochures, and social media/web content. In addition, produce new marketing material and promo items.

Responsible for all the design projects from concept to finish. Work includes maintaining a consistent brand identity while designing flyers, mailers, brochures, banners, business cards, graphics for newsletters, tradeshow design, marketing literature, and office signage. Create building sections/details in Google Sketch-up Pro for technician reports and forms outlining problematic areas and recommendations. Generate company forms, reports, test procedures, templates, title blocks, review technician reports as well as compile and distribute field reports to clients, ensure all external/internal documents meet branding standards, and maintain client database. Assist the proposal department as needed by attaining leads, populating bidder’s list, writing proposals, and confirm contracts are signed before work begins.

Support the office manager, document control in formatting, marketing department with mail-outs and tradeshow preparation, as well as engineers with printing offshore reports and binding. Answer, screen, and route calls, maintain client database through SharePoint, upload documents as well as transmittals, and manage incoming/outgoing mail. Schedule office meetings in outlook, order meals, book hotel rooms for guest/employees.

In charge of all marketing material such as designing mailers, flyers, brochures, ad layouts, coordinating with printer and making certain direct-mail is dropped off at the USPS downtown. Responsible for general secretarial duties such as answering and routing calls, managing spreadsheets, and filing. Assist in scheduling appointments, showing houses, and handling sales contracts.
