During my enriching two-year journey as a software developer, I've adopted a dual-phase approach, dedicated to both technical and personal growth. Beyond the continuous enhancement of my technical prowess, I've undertaken leadership roles, leading diverse teams of colleagues towards the successful implementation of substantial functionalities.Throughout this period, my dedication to open and transparent communication has sharpened my interpersonal skills. I've consistently engaged with team members, offering updates on feature progress and task statuses, thereby fostering an environment of improved collaboration and transparency within the team.In addition to this, my journey has provided me with invaluable experience in feature management. This includes conceiving innovative features, meticulously documenting requirements, creating comprehensive task lists, efficiently delegating responsibilities among feature team members, and ultimately delivering these features in a more user-friendly manner.I would like to extend a special thanks to Nikhil Sadalgi Sir for his unwavering guidance and support throughout this journey. His willingness to assist, even with seemingly trivial questions, has been instrumental in my growth and development as a software developer.

This marked the beginning of my professional venture into the Information Technology realm. My journey was a continuous voyage of discovery and growth. It all started with an initial 20-day assignment, where I delved into the world of coding. Gradually, I transitioned to bug fixing, allowing me to explore different sections of the codebase and become well-acquainted with it.My first big milestone was assisting a senior colleague in implementing a feature related to data encryption and decryption. From that point onwards, my learning curve soared. I was fortunate to be paired with a mentor who played a pivotal role in shaping my journey. Together, we collaborated on numerous features during my internship.As I navigated through various projects, I honed my skills in a diverse tech stack, including Angular Js for the front end, Java for the backend, and PostgreSQL for database management. Additionally, I familiarized myself with supporting technologies such as Postman, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. I also had the opportunity to delve into Angular, a technology I was just starting to explore.The culmination of my efforts was met with recognition and appreciation from the management at Myanatomy, who bestowed upon me a collection of delightful goodies and a prestigious trophy. In sum, my journey was a rewarding experience that encompassed a broad range of technologies and culminated in a well-deserved acknowledgment from the organization's leadership.
