Current• Effectively and independently perform the work requirements previously done by a team of five with increased productivity and revenue results• Independently lead a department that brings in around $750,000 or more of monthly revenue• Facilitate professional development trainings to new and existing digital sales consultants on the Priority Purchase Program and its technical restrictions and requirements• Frequently facilitate and guide colleagues with responsibilities beyond my scope in order to guarantee customer success• Ensure customer success by fielding questions, solving or directing technical issues, and performing light account maintenance as required by the Salesforce system• Developed assistive technologies and protocol sites that improve the efficacy of workers within adjacent departments
