Design isn't art. A good design solves a problem while leaving an intentional feeling. Like many, I'm a self-taught designer that's been practicing for 10+ years in web design and development. I get excited to work with those who take risks while also doing what continues to deliver proven results. The design needs to be intentional. This is where I'm different. I fight for intentionality because I experienced firsthand its power by working in Apple Retail for 6+ years. Compare to be aware of what others in your industry are doing, but don't compare to be the exact same. I'm an expert in Figma and Webflow to design and develop websites that are an extension of the brand. Since I officially became a freelancer in 2020 I've had the opportunity to work with a top Edutech startup, a local city, and an AI startup. I primarily work alongside great creative agency teams. When I'm not working with clients I'm learning product design and what it takes to build an online mental health resource hub.
