The Wright Institute's Integrated Health Psychology Training Program is an APA accredited internship program that provides psychological services in the family practice department of partnering health centers across Contra Costa County. I conduct brief assessments, brief behavioral interventions, and consultations to an adult population in family practice at the West County Health Center. I additionally provide weekly supervision of postdoctoral residents and psychology doctoral interns, provision of clinical services including group and brief individual intervention, consultation, and interdisciplinary training and team building. I am also the program's Quality Assurance Coordinator, helping to streamline services across the county's clinics and enhance overall quality of patient care. I implement quality assurance through the development of protocols that address efficient and consistent management of referral waitlists, enhance patient outreach, and ensure overall consistency and follow-through related to patient care.
