• Worked with local and remote teams in Sri Lanka to complete a year-long admin application for managing every aspect of a restaurant’s online ordering presence. The app was written using React, Redux, and Radium (styles), and integrated with multiple APIs to handle identity management, restaurant info, and menu management. Project was shelved right as we finished it due to an acquisition.• Designed and implemented a rewards program API that used an immutable ledger system to accurately track reward points earned by repeat customers. The API used a combination of webhooks and event queues to integrate with CAKE’s POS systems and earn/redeem phases of online ordering. Project was shelved before completion due to an acquisition.• Rewrote the existing online ordering experience using React, Redux, and Styled Components to create a newly-designed experience that can be dynamically themed to match merchants’ existing brands.

Video sources are uploaded directly to Amazon S3, transcoded and thumbnailed with Elastic Transcoder, and made available for secure playback in multiple formats, including the AppleTV.• Integrated Docker into local development workflow to eliminate issues with inconsistent configurations across developers and environments.• Implemented a library of domain services, models, and infrastructure code shared by a customized multi-app Laravel instance, merged into a single repository. Benefits of the merged codebases include greater code reusability and visibility, simplified refactoring, and improved overall code quality.
