Responsible for the strategic direction, execution and management of the Annual Giving Program for 16,000 donors gifting up to $50,000. Initiated and launched an Honor Your Caregiver program that doubled the number of grateful patients. Coordinated a matrix of solicitation and communications strategies involving face-to-face asks, direct mail, employee giving, tele-solicitation, email, and online giving. Work effectively with major giving and planned giving teams to gain strong participation in annual giving and smoothly transition donors to higher giving levels.

Responsible for $3.5 million to fund operating of 13 clubhouses. Managed a portfolio of 200 major and annual gift prospects. Created and developed the InfluenceHer initiative; an engagement strategy for female philanthropists to commemorate the 20th anniversary of girls being added to the Boys Clubs of America (www.positiveplace.org/InfluenceHer). Offered multiple ongoing trainings for 13 clubs and 358 volunteers (including all club boards) on moves management, gift strategy, engagement strategy, soliciting, and proper donor stewardship. Managed a team of 7.

Recruited and managed a 18-member national development department responsible for $20 million in major and planned gifts. Responsible for the departmental strategic plan and individual goals (budgetary and performance). Successfully trained the Board, National Council and senior staff in solicitation strategies and tactics. Maintained a portfolio of major gift prospects.
