Help Desk Supervisor
CurrentResponsible for job scheduling, workload dispatching for Field Engineers as well as Controllers/Dispatchers. Implementing job assignments and Point of Contact for both Provisioning and Restoration queries between SingTel offices and MALIFAX. Responding to Investigation Reports for regarding SOPs queries and Customer Surveys obtained by Engineers, Filing Appeal and implementing sanctions for these Investigation Reports. Handling Post onsite disputes of customer and coordinating with SINGTEL Quality Assurance Team, Managing day to day reports of workloads and job orders, Monitoring Job SLA as well as updating Field Engineers and Controllers with work related issues. Managing Office Help Desk Controllers and Schedules.
