Jajiga is a short-term accommodation rental company, similar to Airbnb. I worked with the company for 4 months. Initially, I was hired as the Head of Digital Marketing. However, my personal goals did not align with the company's goals, so I resigned.

I was responsible for organizing and managing the web programming competition event for the eastern provinces of Iran, aimed at identifying and nurturing programming talents from six provinces (North Khorasan, Razavi Khorasan, South Khorasan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Semnan, and Golestan). The event was held in two stages, both in-person and online. It was organized for the North Khorasan Science and Technology Park on a contractual basis.

I also worked on analyzing and designing business development and marketing strategies for our clients. I organized Hamfekr in North Khorasan, successfully holding many weekly events. Hamfekr is a non-profit networking meetup for entrepreneurs, active in 23 cities across Iran with over 3,000 attendees so far. Its mission is to foster collaboration and connect entrepreneurs.

Seebdaal was a handmade product sales startup with a unique approach compared to similar businesses. The business had three parts: in the first part, artists uploaded their products to the website. In the second part, we offered free training to people without jobs or income but who were capable of working; after training, they joined the artist community. The third part focused on exporting products to other countries. I was responsible for business development, digital marketing, web design, social media, and executive management, while another person managed the artistic side of the business.
