In this position, I managed "The HUB," a space in the university's student center referred to as the living room of campus. I engaged students through the strategic promotion of events within the student involvement office and around campus.

In this position, I represented the Indiana Wesleyan Univesity Department of Undergraduate Admissions as an overnight and visit day host.Visit Day Host:Welcomed perspective students and their families to campus, gave campus tours, escorted guests to and from various locations on campus, and spoke at pannels and sessions for large groups to offer my insight on the university from a current student's perspective. All this work was done with a spirit of hospitality and customer service to aid guests in having a great visit to Indiana Wesleyan. Overnight Host Responsibilities: Hosted prospective students giving them a glimpse into the life of an IWU Student, including dinner, informal campus tour, attending campus events and intramural competitions, and connecting the guest with current students.

In this role, I work with our board of directors to strategize communication with current families and marketing solicitations to attract new families. I work with our camp director to create, plan, and execute all day-to-day programming and bi-weekly event days. These event days are high production value and differ greatly from the normal camp programing. I train staff on best practices in programing planning and management and walk with them to provide relevant and timely feedback. I manage all digital and print communication with parents daily and manage all social networking channels
