With over 15 years of experience in investment banking and technology, I'm passionate about helping companies leverage the power of AI in creating value and achieving their goals. I founded Stepmark Partners, the sole investment bank dedicated exclusively to the AI industry, to assist my clients in developing and executing strategic plans that align with their long-term vision. Prior to launching Stepmark Partners in 2024, I was a senior investment banker at Silicon Valley Bank Securities where I led sector coverage for the AI industry. I was responsible for covering over 50 high-growth clients across tech (software and consumer internet) and private equity, and leading teams to execute strategic transactions (M&A and take-privates) and financings.Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank Securities in 2022, I was a Senior Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Securities and an investment banker at Jefferies. Previously, I was a member of the corporate finance teams at Zynga (joined pre-IPO) and eBay. I started my career at Ernst & Young and am a California-licensed CPA (inactive). I earned a B. Comm. in Finance and Economics from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
