Partnered closely with media team to vet and brief partners.Led strategy on 2021's summer campaign, when inflation hit record highs. I fought for a strategy to move away from the fun of summer, and more of the small, peaceful, inexpensive moments of summer. I sold internal leadership and even the clients to make the leap. We were about to kick off production when the project was scrapped. I learned how to cope when they massacre your boy.Led strategy on Walmart Toys campaign where we created a Universe of Play in Roblox. I think it later became a meme about how no one showed up, but I had left the agency by then. I heard it won a few awards, but in hindsight the metaverse moment was just so weird. I hope it builds longterm equity for the brand in the gaming space.Lots of other day-to-day stuff like reporting on campaign and asset performance, leading quant studies, cultural research, social listening, briefing agency partners, trying to get media placements for creative ideas, fighting for work, brainstorming with creatives, shutting down swirl, shooting the shit with account, generally just having a good time with smart people and solving stuff along the way.

Bar hopped from 9pm - 2am five nights a week to talk about cigarettes and e-cigarettes with thousands of strangers across three local markets (Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville). Lots of driving, smoking, stories (I got hit by a car one night), and some insights in-between.
