Planning and monitoring all consumable requirement for BMW Engine Plant, both Direct & Indirect Cons, maintaining a proper receiving and material flow across plant.2. Responsible in managing reject/issue parts & initiate claim prior to production needs, schedule and standby (Float Stock). This also include Credit Claim/Purchase and managing all block parts from QA/Prod. for scrap arrangement.3. Support for logistic warehouse and CKD call-in (JIT) including communicate with 3rd party warehouse, agents and providing custom requirements.

Expedite any material issues together with Purchasing, Production & Quality Team especially on consumable usage and qualities. Supervising and handling the BMW's Outsource Project (Waxing) alongside INOKOM's Warehouse Consignment Project (3rd Party WH).2. Outsourcing Project includes; Complete the body cavity waxing treatments prior to BMW's PHEV model production schedule, maintaining tabs on the project's consumable and resources while corresponding with BMW's Team about build plan changes and quality concerns.3. Consignment Warehouses includes: Manage inventory particularly those pertaining to indirect components, planning and procuring according to demand, promote the JIT initiative, collaborate on consumable vending machine projects, and work with VMI subsidiaries.
