In my role as Program Administrator on the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) team at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), I manage voting and documents for all U.S. Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) facilitating the ISO standards development processes working with stakeholders in Industry and commerce, government, academia, non-governmental organization (NGO), Standards Development Organizations (SDOs), among others. I also oversee the national mirror committee to ISO/PC (Project Committee) 305 - Sustainable non-sewered sanitation systems as the U.S. TAG Administrator currently working on the revision of ISO 30500. In addition, I support the Committee Manager to ISO/PC (Project Committee) 305 with meeting arrangements, travel logistics, vendor invoicing for international meetings in Johannesburg, South Africa; São Paulo, Brazil; and Nantes, France.

In my role as Operations Manager at my family’s small business, I wore many different hats (as-is almost always the case in any small businesses).My role primarily involved customer service, billing and payments, processing vendor invoices, B2B accounts, bookkeeping, inventory management for parts and materials, and workflow optimization. In addition, I managed several projects and oversaw the hiring of contractors to execute initiatives such as web development, photography, and graphic design.
