I scoped and led development of a financial reporting tool for leadership to evaluate and rebalance roadmap portfolio investments for programs like Surface Pro, Laptop, Studio and Surface Hub.I was recruited internally to integrate an acquisition of Perceptive Pixel with the new Surface Hub program, where I spent six years working on three major product generations culminating with delivering 19x multiple on invested capital.My latest role I was recruited by the Surface Commercial Marketing team to root cause partner and customer sales blockers for a next-generation product integrated with the latest AI offerings.
