- Established a Division of Student Affairs to further student engagement program, coordinating all functions of the Office of Student Affairs to include Assessment, Admissions, Orientation, Scheduling, Work Study, Student Governance, Clubs and Organizations, Student Activities, Student Lounge, and Commencement.- Worked with staff in all personnel matters, involving over 30 adjunct faculty, responsible for the management of recruiting, hiring, termination/dismissal, class assignments, and faculty evaluation.- Assisted the institution in successfully completing the reaccreditation process.

- Worked with different teams and college representatives to manage the daily operation of the Student Development Office for an 18,000-student campus, responsible for supervising a staff of 15 employees and over 300 volunteers with an annual $140K budget.- Coordinated and supervised multiple programs, including Valencia Volunteers (volunteer services), Peer Educators (health and wellness), Welcome Team (student ID cards and campus tours), and Intramurals (fitness and sports).- Played an active role in advising the Student Government Association (SGA) and the Inter-Club Council (ICC) by maintaining appropriate contact with all active, new, and chartering clubs and organizations, associated Executive Boards, and faculty/staff advisors; work with the ICC Chairperson to ensure all 40+ clubs and organizations remain in good standing and adhere to College and Department policy.

Successfully launched new volunteer opportunities, including planning, implementation and marketing of the program mission of outreach through special events, Skillshops, and activities regarding social issues. Handled all marketing, including maintaining bulletin boards, creating flyers and Axis TV slides, and updated marquees on volunteer opportunities available both on and off campus as well as any upcoming events.
