Ensured maintenance performance and enhanced customer value proposition within allocated budget. Oversaw FMC’s performance against KPIs (HSSE, downtime, value improvement, customer satisfaction) through regular reviews and audits. Achieved HSSE Goal Zero targets despite diverse jobs and geographic challenges. Coordinated with key stakeholders, including planning, real estate, sales, marketing, finance, and T&S, to align priorities.
