Building Tiny Mic Story(formerly Tiny Monkey Stage) -a community to make public speaking fun for kids. We're on a mission to build a community that supports children to be confident, emotionally intelligent and creatively prolific.Tiny Mic Story isn’t just about public speaking skills though. It helps kids: ❤️ build emotional intelligence 🖌️ practice creative output🌏 find a community of supportive creators Past:I founded Gofigito Educorp LLP, which worked to make college students employable and work-ready. Over 30,000 participants went through our programmes. Facilitation Experience:I have facilitated programmes for corporate clients across sectors like IT services, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Insurance, Retail and Banking. I've also facilitated for diverse groups across the world as a part of the Global Facilitator Pool at ChangemakerXchange (co-created by Ashoka and the Robert Bosch Stiftung) and through Global Shapers Community ( of the World Economic Forum) Recognition:I am a 'Shaper' with the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, Co-Chair of their Advisory Council and 'Community Champion' for India(W,S) and Sri Lanka. Also part of the 'Global Strategy Group' at Changemakerxchange and 'Associate Fellow' with the Royal Commonwealth Society. I was selected to attend the World Economic Forum's Summer Davos in China in Sept 2018 and also spoke at the Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland in Jan 2019. Dalai Lama Fellow 2023 and Mira Fellow 2023. Project Connect , a project I lead, worked to reduce inequalities in access to quality education in private-public schools. It won the Gandhi Change Award 2017 for best community impact project in South Asia in the Global Shapers Community. A former emcee, I've hosted conferences, quizzes, events and concerts of artists including the American duo 'The Chainsmokers'. I hold the unique distinction of being amongst a handful of members of Toastmasters International who have won at the Club, Area and Division level in all their major competitions(International Speech Contest, Evaluation, Humorous Speech, Table Topics)Other:A Computer Engineer from Pune University, I started my first entrepreneurial venture while still in college and had clients including Dainik Jagran.
