Led market research, customer discovery, product development, and stakeholder management for a team of 15 across product, design, operations, engineering, and marketing to launch new features. Accountability included quantitative research and competitor analysis, building business objectives, developing strategy and roadmaps, and managing product development.

Spearheaded the prioritization, product development and the migration for Groundbreaker rebuild and redesign platform. Accountability included gathering insights from customers and market analysis, QA, development, and stakeholder management communication through deep cross-functional team collaboration with engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales.

Developed and released innovative CMS features and mobile web front-end architecture for 1.5 billion monthly users. Collaborated with the engineering and design team on requirements definition, architecture, design, and development.

Developed and launched web apps, websites, and A/B testing campaigns. Contributed to projects from requirements definition to architecture, wireframing, design, and development and completion, all through deep collaboration with Design & Brand.

Assisted with demos and mentoring at Major League Hacking East Coast Hackathons for SendGrid. Deeply knowledgeable about API integrations, with MVP prototype experience.
